Beauchamp fitness new mothers camp is group training environment for women who have recently given birth. The 1 hour class is designed for mothers who have been out of exercise and want to build up their strength, cardiovascular health and core. The class will consist of two full body days per week utilizing weight training, dynamic mobility, functional exercises and cardio conditioning to develop a strong, healthy and flexible mommy. All babies are welcome to join their mother during the class time!
