Beauchamp fitness Bootcamp is a one hour cardio conditioning circuit training class. The Bootcamps are broken down into upper, lower and full body classes focusing on isometrics, weight training, cardio, core, mobility and functional movements. These classes are designed to cater to all and any fitness levels from beginner to advanced trainees.
