Beauchamp fitness athletic development is aimed to build powerful, conditioned and injury proof athletes. The program consist of three 60-90 minute sessions per week focusing on isometrics, Plyometrics, speed, agility, conditioning, sled work and full body functional training. This is a general athletic program, so the balance of the work will focus on training all energy systems and biomechanics to help build balanced, powerful and lean muscle tissue.

Sample Session

  • 10-15 Minute Isometric Exercises
  • 10 Minutes Dynamic Mobility Exercises (Stationary, Dynamic & Ground Work)
  • 15-20 Minutes Speed, Agility, Core
  • 15-20 Minutes Strength & Conditioning
  • 10 Minutes Stretch & Foam Roll
